Grounds for Removal

A student may be removed from training with ACKA for any number of reasons by a majority vote of the board. The board consists of active black belts in good standing with ACKA. A hearing will be called, and the involved member or members will have a chance to give their side. The decision of the board is final, no appeals.

Reasons for removal may include but are not limited to the following:

1 – For any conduct unbecoming of a student or an instructor.

2 – For being in an altercation not deemed defensive.

3 – For any negative actions against ACKA, its sponsoring church, or leaders.

4 – If a student is continuously disruptive in class.

5 – Failure to follow basic rules or instructions by an instructor.

6 – Being disrespectful to instructors, church staff, other students, parents, or anyone else to whom respect is due.
